
Stretch Stacked STRONG
Everyone is invited to join us for a dynamic 45-minute exercise class that seamlessly blends stretching, cardio, and core strengthening. We’ll kick off with a warm-up to get your heart pumping, followed by energizing cardio routines that elevate your stamina. After that, we’ll focus on core strengthening exercises to build stability and strength. Finally, we’ll wind down with a relaxing stretching session to enhance flexibility and promote recovery. Come ready to move and feel invigorated!
The classes are taught by Dana and Angela and are 45 minutes in length. The class starts at 7:45 am and concludes at 8:30 on Tuesday and Thursday. The cost is $120 for 16 classes over 8 weeks or $10 a class if you decide to walk in the day of. Some days a yoga mat, blocks, and small weights are needed. We have extra weights, but do not have extra mats or blocks. Insurance does not cover this.
